    The article cites a case where we see "We do not have a constitutional right to infect others.". Well, columbia law school should check with authors of The Contagion Myth and NoMoreFakeNews.com and see the medical experts disagree on the very idea of contation. So your case study is based on UNSETTLED science.... at best and pseudo science at worst.
