Does the Sheriff have any reference for local companies who demand customers and employees wear masks DESPITE the Governor lifting the mandate?
I refer companies to that mandate lifting as well as City of Phoenix Religious Exemption rule and a number of other laws such as "place of public access" and "religious belief" according to the Civil Rights Act. Masking is an unproven and onerous as well as unhealthy order by local companies and national chains that are in Arizona. I'd like to have something from the Sheriff's office that overrides what I consider to be a Civil Rights Violation going on for more than a year now.
I cannot find anything about this on the Sheriff's website. Your answer will be published on my blog. Thank you.
