    Rick says- I watched part of the slow moving hard to understand video and found the following things I like..

    Antidotes
    -anticoagulants tumeric/curcumin, garlic
    -NAC 500 mg 3X / day
    -oxygen caps, blood oxygenator
    -molecular hydrogen pills, dissolvable in water
    -colloidal silver
    -D 5000 mg
    -alkaline drinks
    -detox superfoods
